Where is my package?

We email your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created. The link follows every scan: warehouse pickup, carrier handoff, in transit, out for delivery and delivered.

Why tracking can look stuck

Carriers can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan after a label is created. That pause is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

Something looks wrong?

No updates for more than 3 business days, or marked delivered but not at your door? Email support@officialveilmoor.com with your order number and we will open the carrier claim for you.
