Shipped from US warehouses

Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days and is free on orders over $99. Express takes 3–4 business days.

Getting it before Halloween

Halloween 2026 is Saturday, October 31. We plan every delivery to arrive by Friday, October 30 — set up before the first trick-or-treater, not sitting in the mailbox on November 1.

Missed the standard cutoff?

Express still arrives in time if you order by Friday, October 23. After that, each product page clearly states that delivery comes after Halloween.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed once the label is printed — see Track Your Order. If tracking stops moving for more than 3 business days, write to us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Address corrections

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@officialveilmoor.com right away — we can usually fix it before the order ships. Packages returned as undeliverable are refunded minus the shipping already paid.

Lost, late or damaged packages

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged). We file the carrier claim and replace or refund your order.
